About Me

With over 20 years of experience in the fashion and creative industries, I’ve built a career around craftsmanship, design, and business leadership. I’m a multi-award-winning designer, founder, and now a business mentor and coach —something I’m truly passionate about.

In 2002, I founded a multi award winning fashion brand Eternal Spirits specialising in luxury corsetry, lingerie, and bridalwear after achieving a 1st class BA hons and MA in Fashion Design at NTU. The brand was born from my love of historical costume and intricate pattern cutting. Known for our craftsmanship and attention to detail, working from my Nottingham studio with a highly skilled in-house team, we created beautifully structured, handcrafted pieces that set new standards in modern corsetry. Eternal Spirits became internationally recognised for its exceptional fit, luxurious fabrics and innovative design, blending heritage techniques with a contemporary aesthetic. Over nearly two decades, my brand grew into a global success, selling in over 50 high-end boutiques across 20 countries, with collections featured at Selfridges London and ASOS. My designs graced some of the most prestigious runways, including London Fashion Week, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Paris Lingerie Show.

It was an incredible honour to design for clients like Kylie Minogue, Leona Lewis, Britney Spears, and Dita Von Teese, whose love for our corsetry reinforced the brand’s reputation for luxury, artistry, and impeccable fit. Our work gained recognition in leading fashion publications such as Vogue, Elle, GQ, and Harper’s, and The Independent ranked Eternal Spirits 11th in its list of the '50 Best Lingerie Brands.' The brand was also featured in the internationally published book Second Skin as one of the world’s top 30 lingerie brands.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about preserving craftsmanship while pushing creative boundaries. This dedication earned me multiple industry awards and a place as a finalist for the UK Young Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year Award, presented by The British Council at London Fashion Week. Alongside running my brand, I spent 16 years as a part-time Lecturer in Fashion Design at Nottingham Trent University, teaching BA and MA students the fundamentals of design, 3D garment construction, portfolio development, and fashion business. Mentoring the next generation of designers and entrepreneurs has always been incredibly rewarding, and I’ve loved helping young creatives develop their own vision and skills.

Beyond fashion, I’ve worked as a creative consultant and event producer, curating projects that ranged from fashion shows and art exhibitions to music events, all supporting small businesses and creative talent. I’ve also worked as a stylist and creative director for music videos, editorial shoots, and TV set design—bringing stories to life through fashion and visual storytelling.

After nearly two decades of running my own business, I embraced a new chapter—becoming a mum to twins! This shift in my life led me to transition from running a brand to working with businesses as a mentor and coach. Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help others navigate the creative industries, build sustainable brands, and bring their ideas to life.

At the core of everything I do is a love for creativity and helping others succeed. Whether through coaching, consultancy, or creative projects, I’m passionate about sharing my experience to inspire innovation, confidence, and growth. It’s been an incredible journey so far!

P.S. The name Eternal Spirits… where did it come from? Since my late teens I was a huge fan of the beat poets and there was a line in an Allen Ginsberg poem “all eternal spirits to be awakened“. This line inspired the name of my brand because it captured the essence of the old and timeless and bringing into the modern day.
